Do you have a picture of the facility, overall dimensions?  

I was considering pumpkins , if it works fine as long as 2 grow my kids would be happy . the hard work and long hours are routine , luck , when I bought a lottery ticket and I checked the numbers , it came back saying I owed THEM money .I already have 2 guys to deer hunt , I get 50% of the meat , The guy that use to own it had 11,000 chickens and 2 acres of strawberries in the mid 1970'sThe house isnt much , but right next door I have an efficency that the outside dimensions of the building is 23ft by 23 ft and I get $ 750 month plus utilities .

A bedroom needs to be 70 square feet, with no dimension less than 7 feet.

If you have a basic technical ability, within a few hours of practice you should be proficient enough to draw simple floor plans, including dimensions and instructions.Good luck.

And for people that don't have 10-20%, it may be the the only way to get into this game.So I think that they add just another dimension to real estate market by simply taking it one step further than the traditional HML (like me).
