Wanted to bump this thread and get some more feedback and dialogue going. 

I was just opening the dialogue and pressing for a bit more context.

Would love to get in contact and start a dialogue with investors in the market to hear more about their experience and hopefully leverage their insight to inform my strategy and potential entry.

I don't know but when given the chance to have an open dialogue about concerns of the market crashing I tell of my own experience.

I posted this thread because as a REI, I wanted to start a dialogue, and keep folk talking about it.

Hey everyone, I really like the dialogue that's happening here.

Once you get dialogue with them and are set up with the right exemptions legally you can start down-selecting to find those who are the best fit.
