So, I bought a few cameras that aim around the property on motion and received the help from a tenant, and then bought some motion lights for the darker areas of the property.

We also added a 1,000 sqft deck with 300sqft shaded pergola.

Sometimes the light shines directly through, creating a beautiful rainbow and other times it may be darker and diffuse with a spattering of muted colors. 

The other option is to get darker color lines - however those still get stains as well.
