My wife took the photos of the property without the use of a wide angled lens (Very much needed) therefore we may need to just have the Agent return to get the full front view of the home's offerings.

But in actuality these problems are far more 'bureaucratically challenged' and costly than one can really stand to tolerate, especially through the lens of an investment property and not just building your dream beachfront shack.

@Kim Coleman @Stanley ParsleyLast year, we had a sewer back up at one of my properties.It was an emergency, we called Len-the-plumber, they investigated, and said that pipes outside of the house to the city line need to be replaced.
