Florida, Phoenix and Vegas are going to be hit hard.Many think bread and butter homes(think median) will be spared,  housing shortage and everything. 

Earn some money at your job (and get some experience), pay down debt (if you have any) and then with some accumulated savings, buy a fixer property, fix it up in your spare time and get it rented.

The problem is that even though the town itself is located remotely, when it is compact and full of tourists it is very crowded.I know it sucks for STR but I absolutely think they did the right thing there. 

My idea is I house hack either a multifamily or residential, in addition I would like to run personal training out of a spare room or garage.

All cities are compacted and people live right on top each other.
