Your Board should be reviewing and discussing the monthly financial reports, including delinquencies; repair projects in progress, recently completed, or scheduled; property conditions and performance of contractors; updating "old" business, raising "new" business; committee reports and recommendations; and other topics.

I’m actually serving on our governmental affairs committee to help interview local politicians who are running for office, so that they align with our goals of protecting our private property rights and a multitude of other items that are of importance to us; rent control, insurance etc…Those of you out there, I implore you to get involved, participate and most importantly VOTE

Hey everyone/ anyone following Somerville stuff... so just heard that zoning changes passed in committee last night and will be voted on tomorrow by the full council but it should pass... for owner occupied units there is a lot of opportunity in the changes. 

A Denver focus committee is in the process of re-working the group home rules now, so we will see what they come up with (licensing may be in the future).

(I will say from conversations I have with members at the city of Denver's Short Term Rental Advisory Committee, there are stirrings of again raising the issue of primary residence restriction.

I have already been granted some money from the community preservation committee from the local municipality, however I want to see if there are any other funds I could apply for.Thank you
