I looked for some multifamily homes in Rochester and was considering a short term rental for people who may be visiting the Mayo Clinic.

I appreciate any clinical pearls I can glean from more experienced investors.  

The city of Boston puts on a clinic for questions on variances.  

The contrast: Cleveland has the dubious historical honor of being one of the first financial and medical epicenters of the country outside of NYC, which is a tradition that it holds onto today with headquarters of several major banks, Big Four accounting (E&Y), insurance (Progressive), and medical (Cleveland Clinic), among others.

There are a handful of smaller clinics and we are close to Saint Agnes.

I have been working as the Clinic Operations Analyst at a small hospital here in South Texas for several years, and while the money is good, the lifestyle is not.

:) but being Texas, there are refineries within 50 miles or so. the closest walmart is 25 milesno college, but an 'marine education center' that is used by several collegesno 'hospitals' but a decent sized medical clinic walking distance to the apts (~10 blocks)no military in the area as far as i can telltourism?

Additionally Property is 3 blocks away from a newly renovated 30MM+ Park, 1 Block away from a Magnet Middle School, and three blocks away from a soon to come mental health clinic.

I am 25 years old and a clinical pharmacist/operations manager in the Sacramento area (Folsom to be exact) I work a lot of hours but I am still hoping to dedicate time to learning about real estate and how to create a secondary source of income.
