I doubt you would be able to get your money back at this point but im not sure how much value you will get from them vs spending that “class” or meeting time reading a real estate book or connecting with local investors.

Reviewing their product page it does appear the $25/month is base with the marginal $1/unit pricing after that. https://latchel.com/emergency/So more economical as the portfolio grows, though very curious Your XP once repairs are triggered since most after hours calls would be “surge pricing” for any contractor they bring in. in 15 years I’ve only had a few of the stereotypical “after hours broken toilet” calls, but I know that’s highly variable by location and property class.

@Beruk LessaneworkRecommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location to invest in.If you apply Class A assumptions to a Class B or C purchase, your expectations won’t be met and it may be a financial disaster.If you buy/renovate a Class A property in Class D area, what quality of tenant will you get?
