The deceased guy has children that are heirs can she over rule them by saling the property.I was thinking the children has more rights in the property than her.

How can her landlord be sure this fella  doesn’t have a history of selling drugs abusing woman or raping children ?

Also she told our PM that she was divorced with 2 teenage children.

I'm not considering flips because with 2 small children it would add a lot of stress to project manage something so huge.

It looks like you're married with child(ren) so a four-plex would probably result in divorce or insanity.

Could you file an eviction notice on a single mom with 2 young children because she cant pay the rent Then being a landlord isnt worth it .Its a business plain and simple
