I've talked to my local city human resources person ( responsible for food stamps and other assistance) and she can't help me, I live in unincorporated crowley county and there's nobody who cares.I got a free consultation with a real estate attorney, and he's advised me on how to get out of the lease, I'll be able to walk away as early as 12\30. 

Here's your chance (like a kid in a candy store); 1) what's your biggest challenge in RE?

Are there any other nearby areas that might be worthwhile to check out, like Bishop, Paradise, or Crowley?

I am in agreement that the only accurate way to analyze real estate is in aggregate...we have finite dollars and many options on how to put those dollars to work...it's like a kid in a candy store.I don't do BP too much lately, so if you want to chat further on this email or call me...information in my signature line.

Build relationships, have an impeccable track record of always closing, send candy and flowers, whatever it takes to get the listing agent to want to push your offer though.This won't always help, but there's no better option that I'm aware of...

I give my tenants that have been there awhile, a nice turkey at Thanksgiving or a box of candy at Christmas with a reemable certificate for referring a prospect that rents from me.

Getting packets of hot cocoa and candy canes are always good with a custom card that has your logo and name on it.
