WoW, someone's double cafe coco latte wasn't warm enough this morning.

(He was a tenant in the home)4) Seller was told by his back Doctor that he was going to be unable to walk up the staircase in his home and should consider selling before the scheduled surgery which was 10 days away.5) Seller didn’t have time to clean the kitchen and was too embarrassed to allow strangers in… Kitchen was so full of trash and dishes that were unclean that one could hardly walk to the sink.6) Seller was being abused by his wife and didn’t want to explain the fist holes in the walls and doors.7) Seller ran a multi room internet porn café out of his house and didn’t want anyone to know or impede his income.8) Double homicide where the bodies were left for a week… (Smelled like money)9) Seller hated real estate agents so much that he refused to earn more money by selling himself or hiring them.10) I could see the sky through the ceiling and the seller didn’t have money for the repairs.

I have just signed up to BP and am halfway through "Ultimate Bieginner's Guide to REI"Just wanted to take a small step forward and introduce myself to the community.I currently work at a cafe part-time and freelance as a Sound Designer/Music Producer.One question that I have, is to do with financing. 

A quick drive down Main Street and one can see the coffee shops and cafes starting to sprout. 

After a long day of looking at some potential properties with some clients of mine, we decided to stop in at Selland's Market Cafe and grab some lunch.
