I actually joined the most recent webinar and have been browsing the glossary.

I would finance it for the price of approximately 130k after taxes and would pay about 15k to have it installed (which can be financed with the board as well) The billboard company hasn’t given me a down payment amount but I’m thinking I can get it around 5-10% The location is right by the exit for a large casino that is already willing to rent.

I like Avail because they show or put out your condo or unit in 4 or 5 popular sites where people are constantly browsing for a place to live. 

Spend couple hours browsing this forum, reading replies to questions related to overall financial planning and wealth accumulation.

There are a lot of folks on these websites who are browsing and who are not very serious yet.

I have also started to browse through the hard money lenders here on BP, & from what i have seen so far, all of them have required an LLC to be able to qualify. 

We have a lot to learn but I have been browsing the BiggerPockets forums and...wow there is a lot of information here.

I liked going to Las Vegas, but normally stayed on the strip and the casinos.

If I was dealing with Toilets, Tenants, and Termites all day, the last thing I would probably want to do is browse BP.
