But as others have pointed out, if you took that money and spread it out over multiple deals in a few years you're (hopefully) able to grow quicker, not to mention diversifying your risk.I bring this up because I'm looking at some MFs for my first property and yesterday, got the brilliant idea that I should just pay cash.
