I am wondering how to easly  integrate rental forms ( I use WI Legal Blank) into my landlord software (I am using Simplifyem).

These are the ones where you just enter some information about the property into a website and it gives you a report. 

This now leaves me in the situation of having an excellent renter but no security deposit -- three months into his tenancy. 

There’s also a good mix of duplexes, triplexes, and quads, so you’ve got options for a solid house hack.House hacking is actually how I got into real estate—I’ve done two house hacks with duplexes here in Chattanooga, and it’s been a game changer.

I could go in to all kinds of details with the horror stories I've seen, but I'll let BP do the work for me.

It also wouldn't make sense to refi into another Bridge unless he's at the end of his period on the loan!  

We've been doing this for over 20 years and have helped friends, families and tenants get into the game in whatever capacity they need.

I have a lot more research to do before being comfortable with apartment buildings, duplexes, etc, but I'm exploring that as well.if there's any must-have resource I should look into or consider please let me know. thanks!
