Non-renewal notice sent today and posted on their door, allowing for them to leave anytime between Feb 1 and March 31 with a refund of their rent on a per diem basis (if they've paid for that month).

I did the below research a couple/few years ago (so info is slightly old) but never ended up doing one but for those who watch my posts, I have indicated it is high on my list for Q4.  

However, in order to do this effectively, you have to have knowledge, experience, resources, and cash reserves in case things don't go exactly as planned.Hopefully this post was helpful to you in seeing a realistic example of how to purchase real estate without using your own money.
