Is this information not available for you to scrape via Zillow or Redfin? 

I would use all 3 plus look at properties currently available for rent that are similar to what you are trying to comp (3 bedrooms/2 baths; similar condition; size; etc). 

BRRRRs are a useful tool for the right scenario, but it sounds like you have the opportunity to buy a house with basically no cash in, and with probably some of the cheapest financing available.

This means the main home would need to have decent furniture and appliances available, at minimum in the common areas but likely some bedrooms as well. 

I've spoken to numerous Tardus members already that said their "coach" recommended Norada as one of the best investments currently available.

The didn't live within their means, accrued a lot of debt, and it eventually resulted in them not paying rent and being evicted.Consolidating debt reduces their payments so they have more money available, but it doesn't automatically teach them to live within their means.

I have made contact with a handful of homeowners, so some of the results are valid & get me to the person I need to connect with - however the borrowers I cannot contact are an issue, as it's a sizeable amount of results I get back that are uncontactable (No skip available, wrong # or out of service).My question to the BP community is - what program/software/company do you guys use for skip tracing?

I am starting out newbie, have young kids, have been a homemaker, but now want to do more for the family financially while also being available for my family.
