these are some pretty fasciniating things ive read on here,makes me acutally feel like a loser now i guess,but ive got to keep going,im glad to you that alot of you all didnt stop and let any obstacles get in your way and kept going to achieve success.......quite jealous that i didnt stay on track ...i see the best thing to do is like nike and "just do it"

The notary is a public official who is responsible for ensuring that all the deeds are authentic and of incontestable value.

And QB does support two-step login authentication which is the security standard these days for online accounts. 

Find ways to make them trust and that requires authenticity and really trying to help them not just close on a deal Hope this helps, Jay.

That is definately a step in the forward direction.I too believe that doing is your best teacher (experience) and the only way to get that is to get out there and (to quote a phrase from Nike) JUST DO IT!

Did you use an “authentic” bandit approach to minimize evil-eye from locals?

My wife will get a job this summer... so maybe I can see if that will count as income... but I would really like to get into a multi family home for this next year so I can live in it for a year before changing cities and going to residency (which will have a larger and more authentic income).I was looking at really inexpensive homes in this area (Phoenix) which are 30-40k but have recently been looking at quadraplexes...
