Has anyone bought property from an IRS auction recently? 

My area of expertise is purchasing property from Tax Sale auctions.  

Unfortunately, the property I was looking at paid off the taxes so it won't be going to auction.  

Michael, I am wanting to learn more about finding these properties as people talk about auctions and I don't really know what's involved in that or how you find out about them.

How is the Florida auction market doing?

However, you have to bring certified funds to the auction - so how can you accomplish this? 

Is it possible to get quit claim deed from house sold at Sheriff Auction and then sell it using a traditional lender without paying off the redemption note first.

Hello @Fred Pineda, I am not an expert, but here is what I recently learn in a Miami Association of Realtors Class about Auctions in Miami-Dade Clerk of Courts: DO NOT BUY PROPERTIES WHEN THE PLAINTIFF IS AN HOA.I don't know why, but your case may be a reason, let see what other have to say about this!
