It makes me feel like I've discovered some ancient martial art that can allow me to walk on water or something. 

My fiancé and I went to Greece last September and loved it.

And soon, the society will run out of house to distribute to every family.Take Greece as an example.

Really this strategy is ancient.

Fortunately for me my ancient units are not suitable for even considering opening up, but they're what people expect in old neighborhoods.

We marketed to grad students who didn't want roommates, and single working people who preferred to save money than pay for a fancy apartment.We had ancient small oven/stoves - but they were all detailed before each tenant, so were super clean.  

I'm normally quick to defend someone that made a mistake in the past, especially if it's ancient history or you have other reason to believe that they've turned their lives around.But in this case there are a bunch of other red flags on top of the criminal record.

It is predominantly  a few squatters, two illegal renters, and about 10 to 12 empty overgrown ancient trailers.
