I made myself take QB classes and struggled for years, my CPA said what I am doing is about 80% correct and it was a ton of work to clean up the files. 80% is not acceptable for me when it comes to IRS stuff.

Thanks so much for your help in advance Short answer is yes there are no income products and or stated income products you could utilize till you eventually start filing an acceptable form of income to qualify back for full documentation loans again (eventually).

I would recommend that you screen your tenants and have them complete a background check with a company of your choosing and not just accepting Zillows in house background check that some of the tenants already have.
