We use it in Z Wave mode connected to a Samsung SmartThings hub.

I file all receipts in an accordian file A-Z. 

@Priscilla Z., that's a great suggestion to offer hard money lenders the points they'd charge on their minimum loan amount to consider doing a deal under $50k.

No system is perfect, but I found this helped along with checking in on your properties.Having the smart locks, that run on z-wave or wifi could mean an extra expense for you.They also sell trap screws which were helpful to prevent tenants from changing locks on you.

Z/T or the other lead gen sites, direct mail, PPC, CRMs, ISAs, data(phone numbers), dailers, etc.

(Because applicant’s credit report would be accessible to you through the site, I would ask your agent to open his own account there, advertise your property, and deal with everything from A-Z - for liability purposes - like he would anywhere else.

Tell me about it Yvette I get so confused on the free advice Im thinking about Jack Bosch course also I saw a webinar and it sounds like it teaches you from buying Tax Lien buying from A-Z but I know from experience there is always a up sale or something you dont find out about until after you have spent your hard earned money.
