Small victories add up.  

So on the other end of the country people will go on roof tops and scream victory because they are generating $200 per month on 5 units.

You might not get a great "victory" but in the end you OWN and they RENT, and that says enough.As to your particular example.

Business decisions are measure in the bottom line, not public records, small claims, or achieving moral victories.
