If someone is borderline, but generally looking ok, I might ask if they have further documentation to get them over the hump...significant savings or IRA accounts, or prior year tax return to solidify their "online" business income.

It’s probably hard to tell from the pictures, but there is a big hump in the middle of the floor (about 3/8”) along with a slight sag in the hallway area.
