Some common issues can be asbestos siding, galvanized steel pipes at the end of there life under a concrete slab foundation, roofs that do not have ties connecting the trusses/rafters to the walls (for hurricanes), oh yeah and termites. 

Cried during flips when contractors cheated me out of money, stood shocked about what I have seen some tenants do in their own homes.

I stood to lose 350k but was able to recover it.

I have contacted a few but none have stood out as really impressive.

If I stood up the LLC in NC, I would still have had to file as a foreign business entity in CA and pay their taxes.  

Depending on the types of trusses/roof you have, this might be easier. 

If you don't have the housing nailed to the joist/truss, then you will need to purchase the new work devices.

The location is excellent.These buildings are made with 2 x 4's / 4x4's and have trussed roofs.

And basically said the original contract (which was done and ready but never sent) still stood if he wanted to reconsider.
