When this whole pandemic got started in March and widespread stay-at-home orders where put in place, my phone was ringing off the wall.

In my experience in mailing hundreds of thousands of postcards, the crappy ones make the phone ring.

We've had the stimulus we have had PPP loans EIDL loans, our phones have been ringing off the hook with questions about it people who aren't our clients are asking for help so chances are if they were cold or distant all they might just be a little stressed out.As for the due date I can tell you my firm we default our due date to the latest the IRS allows us to pay this is simply because most clients do not want to pay prior and setting up and auto debit allows them to keep the money in their bank longer.This year we've noticed several returns get hung up in the IRS system and just saying processing I have one that we filed on February 15th that is still saying processing and we can't get a hold of anybody to find out what's going on.You are making an assumption that the assistant dealt with everything they may deal with communications for the accountant so that way they can work on physical work on tax returns.

How about a Ring doorbell? 

Alarm bells have started ringing but I'd like some pro advice if I'm on the right track.

It will definitely bring in more eyeballs and get the phone ringing a bit more, but of course during an actual walk through I'm not sure how well an empty room will translate into a sale.

Seems like a small expense the amount of water that would ring up while on the market, vs the risk of it being shut off and looking bad..

However, I will be up front, if you are dealing with a large corporation that has a ton of legal backing, expect to get thrown around in the ring because it can be a tough and costly negotiation.Hope this helps.James Storey, CCIM

I also thought about using proceed to by rentals in TN as well.As I’m in Denver now I could commit 6-9 am working my daily plan (bell rings at 7:30 here).
