Meyers ( lehigh Acres) on brand new or near new constructed homes ( minus Chinese drywall) for 25 to 40k each.. these homes 5 years before were selling for 250k.. in my mind in that time in space.. that was probably one of the cheapest places in the first world to live.. brand new our near new home for 30k  US health fire and police..

If your eviction papers only specify the tenant name, the police may only force her out, and then obviously the boyfriend will let her in.

Ideally By the end of the month the police are throwing you and all your crap out of the buildIng .

You are negligent in your tenant training.No household furniture permitted.I would suggest you keep up on your quarterly inspections as she is likely a slob and you will need to police the entire unit. 

Then you will have to go to the property and review the footage if you suspect there was a problem.The great thing about having an internet connection is you can get real time motion alerts and you can log into your camera feed and see if someone was breaking into your place and call the police to catch them instead of handing them a video after the fact and hope they can find them.Either way I use a more robust system than the plug in play wifi cameras that are sold at Sam's or Walmart.I use  Digital Watchdog software running on a laptop and DW cameras.

Another thing you hear on the Podcast is investors coming in and having a positive impact on the neighborhood and working with the police and the community to reduce crime and make it safer.

You should call the local police sept and get the scoop on the neighborhood and the property itself. 

And a police report is filed so you have something to back up your claim.
