Has anyone tried this paid program - Just Be The Bank: How WE Generate Passive Income & Wealth in Real Estate. 

They were here for three years, paid a day early, and did very little damage to my place.

If they do, you're extremely likely to win and be paid from the bond. 

I have not paid retail for RE in many years and would not in my high cost market (average SFH is ~$1m).  

I paid only $8,000 for the property because the previous owner no longer wanted it.

BUT there have been 24 late payments with the last late payment made in Nov 2024 and  0 paid on time.

Then split bottom line 50/50 with the partner (individual) after all other expenses are paid.

Doing so also helps create some level of USP to a sea of growing inventory across platforms like Airbnb.With their introduction to paid advertising it’s going to be interesting to see how their algorithms change from a ratings perspective. 

I got paid right in Escrow.   

Pros: pay off mortgage sooner, one account for everything (all cash + deposits + expenses are paid from the HELOC)Cons: higher interest expense, higher opportunity cost (putting all your cash into the HELOC means you aren't investing it into other things that could yield higher returns)
