I never give the system or the prepped documents. 

I would prefer to sell the property vacant or the easiest less stressful way as possible, however I was advised that could deter investors buyers interest as the rental income is a one of my strong selling points.I am open and would appreciate any thoughts and/or suggestions from fellow agents or investors alike.Thanks in advance;)

Commercial acquisitions or new construction?

Any contractor recommendations or lender suggestions for short-term financing?

Is it a flip or rental?

Each program is a little different so it just depends on your situation and income.They are quick and easy though once you get your certificate you can work with any Bank or Lender that is approved to use those DPA's.

However, for future purchases as investments or otherwise, as a Realtor, I never take a commission on my purchases.For one, I don't want to pay taxes on it or split it with my brokerage. 

I have no idea who I should reach out to for help, and I just do not understand how this person no longer responds to emails or returns phone calls.I hope someone can provide some guidance. 

Has it been in surrounding areas, OOS investing, or have you found deals in NYC?
