Buyers are willing to pay more in the North side of the city.

North America dominates the family office landscape with over 3100 office and is expected to grow to over 4100 by 2030, accounting for 40% of the global total.

That would make the existing development north and south of I-10 more appealing. 

Hey BP community,I recently purchased a SFR property in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina where I plan to replace the first-floor chimney with a bathroom (toilet, sink, vanity, stand-up shower).

We do in Apollo Beach just north and they do well. 

Now applying this to Philadelphia, you can easily go into areas of North Philadelphia or areas of SW Philadelphia just as examples and find properties that pencil as BRRRR's as easily as it is to pick produce out at a grocery store.

Then 85254, which is further north and close to the TPC Scottsdale (home of the Phoenix Open) and shopping like Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter.There is also a Facebook group for Scottsdale STR operators, which a few of my clients find helpful.Let me know if I can answer any questions for you.Melanie
