I used to own my own company (Orchid and Hibiscus Nurseries) back home (South Africa) but found the market here in the USA not as fruitful and more streamlined to the pot plant industry as opposed to the connoisseur collector, definitely not enough to warrant further consideration.

Sad story, but I wouldn't worry about pot.  

There's about a 350,000$ rental income a year and the net net is 70-130,000$ depending on capital investments needed.

I spent some time looking on the forums how to get rid of the pot smell in my rental.

There's a hard money lender that sent me a flier with pot leaves all over it, about how they will do commercial (non-owner occ only... think warehouse or grow op) hard money loans.

I realized I needed to sweeten the pot.

The constant is that people are wanting to use the house to grow pot.
