@Jennifer Fernéz The amount of natural disasters that are occurring throughout the country are driving the increase in insurance rates.

This has lead to increased competition for deals, naturally for higher prices.

(b) Property damage caused by natural disasters or by persons other than the tenant's the tenant's guests or invitees.This Deadly Sin is even broader in scope than the 6th Deadly Sin.

So I think if wholesaling works out, the other projects would naturally line up.

I am opening a business in Mexico city (Hair salon) for my wife so get some short term income, Also I am heavily invested in the US stock market but at this time it is not going no where until we have some rate cuts. 

Some areas have conservation easements , you may cut a deal with the local government where if you put a restriction on the property to let it go natural they may pay you . 

Some folks are fearful by nature and sleep better knowing they have done everything they can to protect themselves, even though there is a significant cost.

We've made plenty of mistakes along the way given the nature of development and mixing that with hundreds of hands that become a part of the process with construction but reality is....at some point every piece of real estate was a construction project at one point.  

And I think this is where the Midwest starts to stand out from red-haired step child of past decades to looking pretty good now.
