Often the strategy seems to be start high and quickly reduce or price low to encourage a bidding war (especially anything under 150k anywhere near Madison).

Long time lurker, first time poster as I unfortunately am dealing with a bit of a ridiculous tenant that just moved out and have a couple questions about security deposits in Madison, WI as it seems like tenants have a lot of rights to getting their deposit back and these guys are trying to take advantage.

I know a bar up in the Madison area that’s selling and it used to be a gas station that got transformed in to a bar/restaurant and it’s on a really busy street.

We have driven several neighborhoods all around Huntsville and it seems that Madison may do better for STR but have read that there are lots of hotels going up in that area which may detract from that doing well.
