I am baffled since we spent so much time together purchasing the property in the first place. 

CAR probably spent tens of thousands on attorney fees to develop that form, maintain it, and make it available to REALTORS.

Spent $35k per unit on interiors and exteriors.

For example, last year I tried a BRRRR and it wasn't going to pencil, so I sold it... made a little $ but not nearly enough to justify how long I spent on it and how long I held it for.
