I am a new real estate investor in New Jersey.

If you are actively investing and/or wholesaling in these New Jersey markets, let me know your thoughts..I think both of these markets are slightly over prices as of today!

i am wondering if anybody has a home inspector they would recommend in central new jersey area that can help me out on my first duplex purchase that is under attorney review now. 

Reason for this post is trying to find somebody locally in the south jersey area that I could shadow.

Was looking to see if anybody who has investing experience in the central jersey area.
