When you observe properties constantly being bid up 10%, 15%, or 20% above asking price by people who think they can pay almost anything for a property and it will still be worth more in a year then that's a tell tale sign of a bubble.

I'm no liberal, but I'm certainly no corporate tale end kisser that wants to make sure we must buy health insurance form companies that will continue to have their own death panels and rip me off!
