I don't want to be looking at the cheaper hotel rooms because that's only what we can afford.

Funny, the recording about the seminar mentioned the hotel but not the city!!

Looks like we're mirroring each other: I used to live in San Francisco working in hotels, and currently live in LA right now. 

I think its three green houses can be traded up for one Red Hotel/Apartment.  

Each city is seeing a fall in revenue from the taxes from hotels so they are doing everything they can to get that money back.

I'm a hospitality management major with a minor in accounting but I definitely don't want to become a hotel manager working 50 hour weeks only to cap out at a $44,000 salary each year... 

Also, I wound up finding my cleaning service in a small hotel down the street from us.

@Larry Fried Hi Larry  the west side didn't get hit to badly  I have 5 properties and a hotel on that side and no damages to any of them.  

Industry, real estate, restaurant, hotel, media, communication, tech, entertainment the list goes on.Personally I am a major supporter of the value injected into our economy by the 1%.
