I have been monitoring a few houses over the last few months ( keeping up with the time inbetween when a property's price is reduced, as well as by what % the drop in price is.

They only have a few monitors available to view files there & they limit your viewing time, sometimes the lines are ridiculous.

I can say that you would be better off in the long run to stay on this site and monitor topics, and ask questions to other investors.

However, over time are there other methods that can be used to monitor that the 1st is being paid?

The agent will have to monitor redemption periods, evicitons, schedule rekeys, winterizations, repairs, etc.

1. you know you are a real estate investor when you are looking at the wrong property if your GPS says "beyond here there be dragons", and you have to walk the next mile to get to the property, since your car won't make it.

You made referrence to a GPS or map, which really has nothing to do with the subject at hand.
