looking for advice, posted something similar in reddit personal finance and got no help and a ton of judgement Me and my brothers have about 95k to split from our father, his kind of get started in life money.

The property next door is a triplex in a smaller lot,  that was grand fathered in.I wonder if that easement could be argued to provide the square footage needed to qualify for a conditional use permit.

I recently have been  talking to my wife About selling this money pit that loan and taxes etc... are about $1900.00 a month and when my mother in law and father in law loses their tenants in a larger 3br 2 ba home we can rent from them for $2100.00 a month.  

My father and I run a flipping business.

The reason i choose not to move yet is because my mother is ill and i wish to be there for her and my father.

I worked out 15% down based on thoroughly underwriting the buyer and his father (a real estate attorney) who co-signed. 

Low income tenants, with the father working and the mother staying at home with the children.

My husband's aunt is in her 80s, and is the last surviving heir to her father's property (a little over 3 acres).
