assuming your rent doesnt go up since your lease is over, $250 is very hard to beat. hopefully your able to stack away some cash for a rainy day or amazing deal.Personally I like condos, most investors seem to dislike them, that being said I have zero condos.

Maybe something like, "I'm sure you didn't mean anything by it and weren't serious, but when you said .... it made me feel very uncomfortable, and I'd never want you to think I dislike people of other ethnic backgrounds, or would in any way want anyone to give me or my clients preference over someone of another ethnic background based on that alone."

Bill, I brought the other thread to the front.I think the difference between us, is that I strongly dislike all of this regulatory effort even though I have two companies that exist because of it, and while (to my knowledge) you make no money off of it, you are basically in favor of regulation.Sort of ironic, isn't it?
