In addition to the above, another interesting letter essentially saying the same thing as above just more recent from a title company contains a warning that receiving a sanction from FHA may result in being rejected from delivery to Fannie Mae.

I would go with HD delivery, just list down what you need, if it is 5,000, you could get it for free plus a 5% discount, talk to the manager. maybe you could "finance" your project too.

Wayne Brooks---I think he mostly bought them from Home Depot, he has been only buying rough material so far. only thing I can think of is the roofing material which he stalled about 2 months ago, I believe the supplier can't lien the property after 30 days from delivery of material to the job site.
