The whole "would I move my family here" notion is a good one to ponder regularly and not into the Trump Towers, but somewhere decent.   

That notion gives them a stronger case for acceptance.  

I recently listened to the @davevanhorn podcast and the notion of note buying is really intriguing to me.  

Would another investor even entertain the notion of buying a SFR with bad tenants and just continuing the eviction fight?

There have been some interesting notions come to the market but those seem to be happening in markets outside of Florida.  

However, there is a right way and a wrong way to do this.The notion of turn-key anything is the wrong thing on so many levels that I wouldn't know where to even begin.  

The relief from financial rat race, the notion of being able to do things for self and/or others without the immediate repercussion of falling back into the debt hole struggling to climb out that a few extra bucks can provide are the things that I think about.

He gets a steady income without the hassle of managing the property, you get a juicy value add opportunity.I suggest starting with some of these more notional 'how can we work together" ideas before you jump into numbers.

I am curious what people have to say about your notion specifying what inspector a buyer can (or can't) use.

Reading these posts have been great but as I get further into the notion of wholesaling the natural question has popped into my head.
