Hello, this will be my first deal, needless to say there is quite a bit of anxiety with it.

My ability to keep an eye on day to day activities and stay up to date on progress certainly eases anxiety...  

I understand the anxiety associated with taking out another mortgage, but view in the standpoint of an investor: investors take risks where they can add value, and have it end up paying off and work for them.

Their job is to help mentally ill people, which could be treating anxiety, depression, PTSD or any other mental condition.
