You are correct… if a person has 600k and they can afford to risk it going alone in a new country and that’s what they want to do with the money then why not go it alone.

Personally, I'd cash-out refinance into a 30 or 15 year loan.

If the RV is not permanently affixed and retains mobility, it is considered personal property and depreciated over 5 years under the Modified Accelerated Cost Recovery System (MACRS).

Other CPAs and firms have quoted me 5k-10k+ but are no where near as responsive and personable as my current CPA and accountant.

Matt that is the NMLS number for the company not for you personally  sounds like your a VA or something not a licensed lender..

I have personally wanted to build my home on this land for 10 years, as I've always been interested in this.Issue is, I've never done any work with residential development, only smaller land development, about 13 acres, and commercial, all on my own.With the residential development, I'm trying to get a sense of anyone in the space currently and what some ballpark costs might be for infrastructure and how that all works.

I highly recommend going to meetups and talking to investors in person. 

I personally know both @Jaclyn Cano and @Wale Lawal and can confidently say both are great and VERY Investor friendly!

I’m not convinced it makes a real difference unless a person has a unique setting.
