I wound up with the rental income and the proceeds from the sale coming out around 10k to the good but the stress of the whole thing made it not really worth the hassle. long story longer - there are a ton of folks on BP who will tell you all the things I just said before you live it but living it makes it real!!!

Probably some kind of half baked idea of protection from “bad tenants” to be used as a last resort.Once u have an accepted tenant, send them the info (that part makes sense) and just go ahead or plan around the 14 day notice.
