The National Association of Realtors states that the average Flip takes 6 months and grosses $64,000 (before accounting for rehab costs, carrying costs, cost of sales and so on) with the average net of $15,000.

AND that it provides analysis of the metrics too rather than just list the metrics (e.g. how does the population growth rate compare against what is considered a good market or the national average?).

We do very well out here ( being one of the top STR markets in the nation).

When picking an investment market we like to see those numbers either match or exceed the national average.
