I don’t know your area so I can speak to that, but it is of vital importance you either get professional help on these numbers or learn quickly how to lock those numbers in.

@Joddie McclainI broke down where my leads came from and saw that the broker I was with had little to no effect on those, I was going to make the sales no matter what.But, if my sources are coming from open houses and floor duty, I would not have switched.

I have a PM helping me and is acting like the in between since I am on sea duty/active duty and can't always be near a phone to help out my tenant.
