The key to a good tax forum is to have tax professionals who are willing to interact with normal folks in language we all can understand.

I don't use Skype often but for clients who want to connect that way video and audio for commercial real estate I am there.Might not be a bad idea before driving to meet someone to see them on Skype and chat.

This can be anyone with a camera and basic real estate knowledge. before you pay your contractors schedule this person to take pics and shoot video of your property to be sure your contractor has done everything they are requesting funding for.

Remain in the area for minimum of 1 year.The other option is investing remotely as a newbie but I am not too comfortable with that considering I will need to put a lot of trust / faith in people I have little prior interaction with.If anyone has done anything similar or has any advice on my options / potential markets for me to look into for April 2015, please contact me or leave a post.Thanks!
