We haven’t ventured as much into the larger homes as furnishing + vacancy is hard.What are you grossing a month?

So I'm looking to setup a system - I can envision spreadsheet or google sheets based workflow, but before I go down that path, I was wondering. 

Now my wife and I are venturing out our own investment properties.

My question is if I should take on a major rehab as my first RE venture and has anyone experienced going through something like this?

Everyone looked at my partner as a beacon of light, he played the fake “Good Guy” very well for the past 22 years.We had a lot of business ventures we wanted to also open.

There is a bit of workflow supported, but for simplicities sake we don't use it. 

For now, I envision myself making some wholesale contracts to raise capital for future ventures.
