this has come up several times in classes I have taken as a Realtor. the "chemical off gassing" can make people sick for years after you paint. search the web about this, its really a bad practice.

And by that I mean people with crappy jobs, crappy income, were unreliable  and not stable. 

You should be able to easily create the LLC yourself on your state's Secretary of State's web site.

Then, motivated by the sales pitch, I paid $1000 for some web builder program that was a real let down.

They took down the listing, which took down the listing everywhere, but told me it was reposted again after they took it down and so they're looking into it.Not quite sure who I'm supposed to file a complaint against at this point because it's a huge tangled web and I don't know exactly who associated with Company B was responsible, but the listings are gone for now!
