Back in the market for more rental investments - maybe not the right time maybe it is, but tired of waiting - first the pandemic fueled bidding war and now high interest rates.

I guess the thought was just to buy a place since we were tired of renting.

BTW those that say, they are waiting for something better, Will NEVER do a deal, just kicking tires and wasting time. 

Then, once you are tired of being in the property management game, sell those townhomes as a portfolio and 1031 into a multifamily asset and put in 3rd party management.

Maybe I'm just tired of the Ohio snow.  

If you see stuff you like on the MLS don’t be afraid to go look at it, you’re in the trade so you should be able to discern if it’s a maybe first so you’re not just a tire kicker to your agent.

Also even when Josh was here he moved things towards the newbies and so many of the more sophisticated got tired of the same questions and have stopped contributing. 

Tired landlords are selling their rentals “as is” for cash to wholesalers and investors after making a killing on appreciation over the last decade.

In summary getting a little more perspective will help you make quicker decisions whether it’s here at BP, with a broker, or actually getting away from your desk and kicking those tires!

On the flip side of the coin, the realtors on this site could tell story after story about all the tire kickers and buyers who flake out.Sorry you had to deal with this...you'll get one soon.
